We are looking for an experienced and agile D365 Administrator / Technical Specialist to join our international IT team and take the digitalisation of our business to the next level.

This pivotal role will also be the central point of contact for various On IT Teams and On Team Members for day to day support of our Dynamics 365 Environment.

Your Mission:

  • Responsible for analysis, systems administration, configuration and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
  • Researches and performs troubleshooting activities to triage of events and in a controlled manner, manages batch job maintenance and monitoring, implements works flows and automation to create system and organizational efficiencies
  • Manage users and contacts including security roles and permissions
  • Resolve user technical issues and provide support to resolution
  • Improve On's ERP operations by configuring new functionalities and enrich the customer's experience as an Dynamics 365 Administrator
  • Have a deep understanding of the D365 F&O technology stack and the peripheral technologies that can be leveraged such as Azure, Azure SQL.
  • Work closely with Engineering / Product Teams to conceive high level solutions and document them into relevant deliverable documents creates and maintains documentation of new processes and system implementations. Provide general knowledge sharing with the team
  • Ensures adherence to all quality management plans and standards by participating in quality management reviews.

Your Story:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations experience is required
  • Experience in the following technical areas desirable:
  • Implementations, D365 Upgrades, Migrations, Installation, End-User Training, User Training, IT/Admin Training, Pre and Post Go-Live Support activities
  • Rolebased security design and customization
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX Infrastructure Support, Microsoft Dynamics Deployments
  • Microsoft Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT)
  • Be a team player with the ability to work effectively with changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • You have a deep understanding and appreciation of agile methodologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, problem solver, knowledge in gathering technical requirements
