First point of contact for line managers and employees in all general HR topics
Strong collaboration with leadership teams and supporting them in their leadership role
Managing all HR Cycle topics in a close and trustful cooperation with stakeholders
Active shaping and further development of our organization, people and culture within the framework of the Danone values
Proactive consulting and design in change processes as well as smaller reorganizations
Managing and control overheads costs
Participation in overall HR activities / projects

About you

First HR experience with strong passion for People & Organization topics
Good business understanding and willingness to build close relationships by high business proximity
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, first experiences in coaching would be a plus
First experiences in working with different stakeholders in a fastpaced environment
Basic knowledge of agile methodology and in labor law
Empathy and solution oriented thinking
Fluency in German and English

Start is as soon as possible in our locations Frankfurt am Main (Germany), Zürich (Switzerland) or Vienna (Austria)
