YOU in as our **Customer Care Agent (M/F/x) Spain
to join our diligent and awesome Spanish team in our Berlin office
Your mission:
- You are responsible for the care of our
Spanish speaking customers, communication with airlines and external lawyers - You consider
incoming customer cases in cooperation with our
internal Legal-Team and our partner lawoffices - You help to
optimise our operational processes and
bring new ideas into play - You contribute to
crossdepartmental projects
Your profile:
- Ideally, you have previous work experience in
customer care we welcome everyone, who is new to this field and wants to gain experience - You have excellent
communication skills: - You are interested in
consumer protection and are able to quickly work yourself into new and complex topics - You work independently and reliably and you are very selfmotivated
- You have
excellent proficiency in Spanish and you
speak English very well
