We, the Operations Team, are the biggest department at
Flightright **with different professional and cultural backgrounds.

We want
YOU in as our **Customer Care Agent (M/F/x) Spain
to join our diligent and awesome Spanish team in our Berlin office

Your mission:

You are responsible for the care of our
Spanish speaking customers, communication with airlines and external lawyers
You consider
incoming customer cases in cooperation with our
internal Legal-Team and our partner lawoffices
You help to
optimise our operational processes and
bring new ideas into play
You contribute to
crossdepartmental projects

Your profile:

Ideally, you have previous work experience in
customer care we welcome everyone, who is new to this field and wants to gain experience
You have excellent
communication skills:
You are interested in
consumer protection and are able to quickly work yourself into new and complex topics
You work independently and reliably and you are very selfmotivated
You have
excellent proficiency in Spanish and you
speak English very well
