Your mission

  • You will be responsible for the commercial processing of shipping orders to customers and service locations worldwide including organization
  • You will prepare the transport and customs documents in compliance with legal regulations and shipping specifications (ideally via ATLAS)
  • You will be responsible for the classification of goods in the customs tariff
  • You will establish and develope an efficient import & export process for a fastgrowing startup
  • You will handle the orders with logistics and data maintenance
  • You will be responsible for a professional and serviceoriented customer service

Profile:


  • You have knowledge of customs declarations and procedures (inward processing, temporary admission, CARNET)
  • You mark yourself ideally by several years of professional experience in customs (import or export)
  • You have advanced MS Office knowledge
  • You can work independently and reliable, have a high degree of personal initiative and responsibility as well as personal commitment and ability to work in a team
  • You have fluent German and good English skills
