What you'll do

You will support the product management team with customer data analysis and visualization of results (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere).

You will take over the preparation of statistical and analytical data for project-related evaluations, this includes as well:

Use of Artificial Intelligence to facilitate analysis
Creation and maintenance of analytical dashboards
Preparation and followup of various project meetings
Validation of project information (spreadsheets, presentations)
Preparation and followup of show & tell sessions
Creation and updating of content for internal communication
Support in Microsoft Teams & Sharepoint

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a University or University of applied sciences
Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management or similar fields of studies
Selfmotivated team player with a focus on quality and excellent communication skills
Keen perception
Organizational talent
High grade of flexibility and interest in new challenges
Languages: Strong in German and English language both verbal and written

Computer skills:

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Good knowledge in data visualization tools (ideally SAP Analytics Cloud, but Power-BI or Tableu are sufficient)
Knowledge in Python and/ or R is an advantage but not mandatory
Analytical skills are an advantage(Optional: advanced office skills such as macro programming or experience with markup languages such as HTML)

Meet your team

Our unit is a key contributor to scale SAP's Cloud business, increase the adoption and focus on SAP S/4HANA Cloud to support SAP ́s transition to the cloud company.

The S/4HANA Cloud ERP product management team is responsible for driving the definition of the SAP S/4HANA strategy and managing the SAP S/4HANA product portfolio.

Additionally, we identify market requirements and customer needs, and translate them into actionable product requirements for the development teams.

You will support the product management in recurring tasks and take over responsibility for the analysis of customer data, publication and update of relevant project content on the dedicated internal communication channels.
