The
Construction Cost Estimator requires a self-motivated, senior construction cost and commercial person with a strong market understanding and technical background to support the delivery of new build, client fit out and other data center related construction works.

The role will require cost estimating support through the various delivery stages of the project.

The estimator will need to be able to work independently with strong communication skills for the interaction with other functions from various disciplines within the business.

Your Responsibilities

Production of accurate and comprehensive cost plans for projects in a timely and efficient manner
Control and management of the estimating process throughout all stages of the project
Independently produce and maintenance of ongoing calculations and cost estimates
Support and maintain Benchmark data for supporting early strategic planning
Keep track and analysis of commercial market trends
Collaborate and drive Cost Savings initiatives including Value Engineering
Support and deepdive on specific projects/areas when required
Support in the review and development of processes and standardization to support NTT's drive towards overall best practice

Your Profile

Suitable qualifications and relevant professional experience
With several years of construction industry experience (Data Center Delivery preferred), alternatively business critical projects, industrial, chemical and/or manufacturing background
Strong Commercial awareness
Strong MEP background
Language Skills: English (and German)
Excellent collaboration and people management skills
Strong analytical and numeracy skills
Attention to detail, driving standardization
