Für unseren Bereich Motoren-Montage suchen wir ab März 2024, in Vollzeit und unbefristet einen:

Schichtleiter (m/w/d)
Montage

Standort:
Böblingen

Aufgaben:


  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für eine Schicht der Montage Motoren & Aktuatoren
  • Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung der Teammitglieder
  • Enge Abstimmung der Produktionsplanung hinsichtlich Kapazitäten
  • Sicherstellen der Themen Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität, Quantität
  • Leiten, Anwenden und Weiterentwickeln von Shopfloor-Management sowie Lean-Methoden (KVP, 5S, Arbeitsplatzergonomie etc)
  • Bindeglied zur Bereichsleitung

Ihr Profil:


  • Meister oder Techniker mit mehrjähriger fachbezogener oder vergleichbarer Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitern
  • Lean-Kenntnisse bzw. Kenntnisse im Shopfloor-Management sind notwendig
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Empathisch, Kommunikativ, sowie die Fähigkeit andere zu begeistern und motivieren
  • SAP-Kenntnisse erwünscht
  • Handson Mentalität
