Your new job includes
- As a team member of our familyowned travel market company, you will support our logistics centers in Allermöhe & Erlensee in the areas of
- Coordination and management of services to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of buildings and facilities
- Conceptual cooperation in planningrelated tasks, such as the planning of conversion or modernization measures
- Collaboration in the preparation of tender documents and requests for proposals
- Technical invoice verification as well as quality control and acceptance of individual services
- Responsibility for warranty, defect and damage management
- Completed studies in the field of facility management, real estate management or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in facility management or in a similar position
- Good knowledge in the field of building and facility technology
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and common facility management software
- Communicative skills and handson mentality
