Your new job includes

As a team member of our familyowned travel market company, you will support our logistics centers in Allermöhe & Erlensee in the areas of
Coordination and management of services to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of buildings and facilities
Conceptual cooperation in planningrelated tasks, such as the planning of conversion or modernization measures
Collaboration in the preparation of tender documents and requests for proposals
Technical invoice verification as well as quality control and acceptance of individual services
Responsibility for warranty, defect and damage management

What you should bring along

Completed studies in the field of facility management, real estate management or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in facility management or in a similar position
Good knowledge in the field of building and facility technology
Sound knowledge of MS Office and common facility management software
Communicative skills and handson mentality
