Vitec is seeking a skilled Scheduling Specialist (M/F/d). You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of our operational activities.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and maximizing productivity across our various projects.

Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will help us deliver exceptional customer service and meet project deadlines.

Your impact:

Develop and maintain project schedules, incorporating input from various stakeholders, resources, and constraints
Collaborate closely with project managers and crossfunctional teams to align scheduling with project requirements
Support the optimization of resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization
Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks
Conduct regular schedule analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend process enhancements; Ensure adherence to scheduling best practices and company policies
Provide timely updates and reports on project schedules to stakeholders.

Who you are:

You are a highly skilled individual with strong analytical abilities, excellent organizational skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Additionally, you have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Scheduling Specialist or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment
Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and other project management tools
Advanced skills in German and English
