Inventory / Logistics Specialist
(M/F/d)

Job Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for providing support to the Merchandise Inventory & Logistics
Team with receiving and reconciling inventory purchases, coordinating with our 3PL provider, and
reporting on inventory results. This position will work closely with the entire EMEA Merchandise team
and Global Headquarters reporting to the Sr. Manager of Merchandise Operations, EMEA.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and process assortment databases for events to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Track and receive incoming and outgoing shipments verifying goods reach their destination in

- accordance with deadlines.
  • Adhere to proper inventory controls when tracking and receiving incoming and outgoing
- shipments, reporting all inventory discrepancies to Inventory Manager.
  • Coordinate with 3PL provider on incoming deliveries, outgoing shipments, and inventory

- movements.
  • Receive and reconcile purchase orders to ensure accuracy of payments based on inventory
- counts and timely payment to vendor.
  • Monitor logistics policies and procedures including Customs Clearance and event logistics.
  • Maintain equipment inventory on merchandise tours that support store locations.
  • Assist in yearend physical inventory counts. Maintain supporting documentation of all counts
and report them to Inventory Manager.

  • Works with team members to brainstorm ways to reduce inventory discrepancy and possible
shrink.


Skills and competencies

  • Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Education and work experience:


  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from fouryear college or university; or one to two years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in
Marketing or Business related.

  • 2+ years of inventory management, retail buying, and/or financial planning experience
preferred.

  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
