As Europe's centre of excellence for satellite operations, ESOC is home to the engineering teams that control spacecraft in orbit and build the systems on the ground that support missions in space.

Main Responsibilities
As
Wintel System Administrator you will concentrate your activities on the following:

  • Configure and deploy OS images and additional software, as needed, to servers, PCs, and other devices;
  • Asset tracking and maintaining Inventory (CMDB);
  • Monitor the health and performance of all Windows infrastructure to ensure service availability and security patching compliance;
  • Create and maintain documentation of environment processes and procedures;
  • Maintain relationships with other IT pairs and users

_ Do you think you are the person we are looking for? See below what experience or knowledge you should bring_:

  • Minimum two years experience as a system administrator of Windows Server 2016 and 2019;
  • Deep knowledge of:
  • Active Directory;
  • VMWare;
  • NetApp;
  • Experience with Powershell is a plus;
  • Competent documentation skills, analytical mind, experienced in troubleshooting user problems and used to deal with a variety of nonhomogenous systems
  • Willing to work in an international environment, collaborative, team player and open to learn everyday
