The media sales division of smartclip will merge with RTL AdConnect and G&J iMS to form RTL AdAlliance, an international advertising and technology sales champion.
Once the merger is complete, smartclip will focus strictly on technology development.Headquartered in Hamburg, smartclip has offices in Berlin, Munich, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Gütersloh, Stockholm, Oslo, Helsinki, Amsterdam, Milan, and Rome.

Your role
We're looking for an experienced Team Assistant (f/m/d) who would like support our management team 20 hours a week.
Your position in our team
- Be responsible for the booking and invoicing of business trips
- Organize meeting and calendar management as well as the preparation, execution and followup of appointments
- Take care of the general office organization for our office in Berlin
- Plan small events
- Support the management team in administrative and organizational matters
Your profile
- Several years of experience as a team assistant in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational skills, strong handson mentality, flexibility, ability to deal with unusual and unpredictable situations
- Sovereignty and composure even in hectic times: Be aware that you are sometimes on call
- Very good knowhow in Office tools, ideally Google Suite
- Excellent German and English communication skills
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
