Your tasks:
- Administrativ support for local office management
- Office supplies / distribution / invoice booking / booking and reservation of rental cars, hotels, etc.
- Close cooperation with our Administration office for office needs (including requesting approvals) and fleet management
- Booking and reservation of rental cars, hotels, etc.
- Preparatory accounting, cost planning and accruals, regular Inventory work
- DHL/ Post & Parcel & Freight (in/out)
- Processing and storing invoices, system booking and cooperation with house administration (facility)
Your profile:
- Willing to work in Administration field
- Experience from big/international company
- Good knowledge of MS-Office tools
- Previous knowledge/experience in the same field or assistant jobs
- Driving license (min. 2 years of active driving)
- Fluent English and German language skills
