Your Role


As Senior UX / UI Designer (d/f/m), you will be part of our design team, but will have the unique opportunity to work across our marketing, product and front-end development teams.

You will play a key role in uplifting LIQID's web users' experience.

Working with our experienced developers, product owners, and marketing experts, you will create and improve designs and prototypes, and continually optimize templates for our digital platforms.

In an influential and creative role, you can innovate the way we market and present our investment offering through intuitive interfaces.

What exactly will you do?

  • User Experience: You will take responsibility for the UX/UI of our digital platforms, e.g. website, registration funnels and client dashboard, along the entire customer journey and ensure a consistent user experience and design language.
  • Development Support: You will work closely with our technical team to resolve any issues based on technical constraints. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring that the proposed UX is feasible, as well as that the technical design and architecture support it, and that development is aligned with the user experience and our design principles.
  • Continuous Improvement: You will contribute to the improvement of user experience processes within the team and across the business. By attending events and analyzing competitors, you will build your own expertise in the latest technologies and usercentered design. You will also gain insights and learn from marketing and analytics teams to guide future developments.
What you bring

  • Background: You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a UX designer, ideally in the financial sector.
  • Skills and Qualifications: You are experienced with creating user flows and wireframes, building user interface mockups and prototypes, and working with Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers throughout design processes. Additionally, you possess good knowledge of designing web platforms and building clickable prototypes as well as interaction and interface design. Ideally, you already possess knowledge of working with industry standard software such as Figma, Atlassian Suite (Confluence, JIRA) and for documentation and ticketing and MIRO for product/user flows.
  • Mindset: You are a selfdriven, analytical mind with the excellent ability of problemsolving finding creative solutions in a fastpaced environment is what excites you. Also, you are comfortable working in the challenging but informal environment of a scaleup.
