Job Summary:

Main tasks:

Reception and support of our guests, suppliers and employees
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming telephone calls in German and English and dealing directly with minor inquiries
Organizational and administrative tasks at reception (monitoring the logbook, issuing visitor passes)
Responsibility for the smooth running of the reception area (e.g. seminar support, hospitality, provision of stationery and materials)

Your profile:

Friendly, confident and positive demeanor and a very strong service mentality
A completed commercial apprenticeship or training in the hotel and catering industry is desirable
Professional attitude and appearance as well as a strong sense of responsibility
Very precise and structured way of working, reliability and flexibility
Organizational skills
Intercultural skills
Very good language skills in German and English, other languages would be an advantage
