CastleGate Forwarding (CGF) is a fast growing digital freight forwarding organization within Wayfair's broader CastleGate Logistics network.

We offer a full suite of shipping services (Asia consolidation, Ocean freight, Drayage, Customs Brokerage, Cargo Insurance, etc.) that aims to provide Wayfair suppliers with turn-key Freight Forwarding services that are predictable and reliable, so they can scale their business.

What You'll Do

Monitor supplier container volume performance against contractual agreements and drive necessary actions to maintain steady pipeline
Work with crossfunctional teams (Network, Control Tower, Procurement) to evaluate available or needed capacity to support CGF customers.
Analyze data on available capacity and drive strategy based on timing needs (short, mid, long term)
Collaborate with Partner Operations and Key Account Management to increase share of wallet with existing CGF customers to meet growth targets.

What You'll Need

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Curiosity and eagerness to have an impact on the business, especially as it relates to sales strategy and supplier experience
Ability to thrive in an fastpaced, evolving organization while juggling several priorities
Ability to work effectively with people in a crossfunctional environment
An open personality and confidence to work with mid level or Clevel stakeholders
