Your role and responsibilities:


As a team leader of the Delivery Optimization Service (DOS), you play a crucial role in optimizing short and precise delivery times while promoting cross-functional collaboration and streamlining business processes.

Become part of our dynamic company, which employs around 300 people from over 33 different nations across Europe. Diversity is our strength We are looking forward to welcoming a motivated Team Lead to our 4-person DOS team.


Your tasks include the following activities:

  • You are responsible for the technical management, continuous development, and coordination of the Delivery Optimization Service-team.
  • You develop and implement process improvement and automation strategies to increase efficiency.
  • You manage delivery times and optimize stock levels to optimally meet customer demands.
  • You carry out improvement measures in product data management.
  • You are in close contact with other specialist departments to define departmental goals.

Your profile:


  • You have a degree in business administration, operations management, engineering or computer science.
  • You have more than 5 years of experience in project management or a related field with proven success in process improvement.
  • You already have very good knowledge of managing a team.
  • You have excellent skills in process improvement methods, automation tools and warehouse management systems.
  • Your communication and problemsolving skills are convincing.
  • Business fluent German and English round off your profile.
