Your responsibilities

Plan, analyze, comment and report on Financial KPI such as EBITDA and Controllable Costs
Create customerready messaging on Group level for the EBITDA and Controllable Costs
Support the quarterly closing process and provide information for Uniper's external capital market reporting
Deal with steering relevant nonfinancial KPIs and the link to the financials
Report the opportunities and risks on Uniper Group level
Create consistency across all reporting outputs
Stakeholder management including interfaces to various other teams in the finance organization
Independent collaboration in groupwide projects
Active change management in times of transformation of financial functions
Contribute to further conceptual development and improvement of the controlling systems and processes to automate and integrate further

Your profile

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on controlling, finance or (group) accounting
Knowledge of the IFRSbased consolidation of income statements in a multilevel group structure
Practical experience in the professional coordination and execution of controlling processes
Business understanding of energy business of advantage
Methodical knowhow in the area of financial steering (planning & reporting, analysis of financial KPIs)
Competence to reduce complexity and the understandable presentation of the main drivers of the key financial indicators with a high level of customer orientation
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and information combined with excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong ability to establish trusting relationships in cooperation
Positive attitude towards changes, transformations and challenges
A high degree of selforganization, commitment, initiative, teamwork, energy, flexibility, and the willingness to work even under pressure in order to achieve ambitious goals
Fluent knowledge of English, German is a plus
