We are looking for you We are currently hiring a Systems Specialist - Digital Experience Platform (f/m/d) for our Marketing & Communications Management Department.

This role is based in Frankfurt or Munich (Frankfurt preferred).


What you will do

  • Continuously improving and adapting the existing marketing technology landscape based on market standard processes
  • Being point of contact / product owner for our marketing automation tools and develop and evolve them continuously based on business requirements and market best practices on a global level
  • Collaborating closely with team members within Marketing Management and across the whole function to ensure needbased development of marketing automation (esp. with regards to overall marketing strategy and analytics required)
  • Acting as link between Marketing & Comms, CRM, IT and 3rd party vendors
  • Coordinate and prepare functional and nonfunctional requirements specifications jointly with the business owners
  • Developing a target operating model for marketing automation
  • Analyzing customer data and supporting our campaign team optimizing for maximum efficiency
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
  • Shaping and developing operating model for change requests and implementation of new functionalities with developers / development teams and 3rd party vendors

What you bring

  • Relevant degree in business administration, computer science or a related field, or equivalent skills acquired through work experience
  • Ability to promote ideas and concepts with stakeholders from various functions and seniority levels
  • Work experience and functional knowledge of integration systems, with experience integrating enterprise software between various software solutions
  • Agile mentality, i.e., a quick learner and great teammate who is motivated to drive forward constructive change
  • Strong vendor communication and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical skills and the ability to work at a highly detailed level
  • Experience working in agile projects & teams
  • Handson practitioner's experience preferred with the following software platforms: Sitecore, Marketo, Seismic, Alfresco
  • Knowledge in project management is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken)
