We are currently looking for a "

Shop Support Specialist " to join our IT Team, based in our main office in Hamburg.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

  • Manage the relationship with hardware and software provider
  • Support shop acquisition process from an IT perspective to guarantee effective and proper service delivered, liaising with stakeholders and supplier to achieve that.
  • Keep control of timeline and ability to report on project statuses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with users to understand their business needs and ensure the delivery of highquality services.
  • Act as the main point of contact for users, addressing concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement service delivery strategies that align with client expectations and company objectives.
  • Ensuring full ownership of all allocated tickets, escalated issues and support to employees within the Support Office deskside and in our clinic estate, remotely
  • Escalate IT issues within the team and to suppliers where necessary ensuring full ownership of issue all the way through to resolution

SKILLS REQUIRED

Essential:


  • Windows 8, 10, 1 iOS/Android
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Office 365 Administration
  • Active directory Administration
  • Experience with ServiceNOW or similar ITSM systems
  • Strong Troubleshooting abilities of desktop and peripheral issues
  • Knowledge and experience of managing SharePoint online pages and document libraries
  • Some knowledge of creating scripts for software installations
  • English Level Intermediate
  • German Fluent

Desirable:


  • Exposure to Oracle
  • Understanding of ITIL framework

our office is based in Hamburg. Our smart-working policy allows our employees to work remotely for 9 days a month.
