Job Description:


As Head of Sales Major Accounts (all genders), you will be responsible for developing and executing sales related to major accounts in T2, T3, that drive revenue growth for Experian.

You will work closely with customers in banking sector, helping them to identify their needs and providing them with data and customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within the target market.


Responsibilities:


  • Disciplinary and technical management and development of a team of employees to expand our success in Tier 2 and Tier 3 companies in the banking and payment industries
  • Supporting the team from the successful identification and qualification of opportunities to contract negotiation with customers
  • Planning and participation in customer events, lectures, trade fair presences, etc.
  • Identifying, processing, and realizing growth opportunities with the goal of continuous doubledigit [%] revenue growth
  • Close cooperation with the Director Sales Finance & Payment
  • Coordination with other divisions in Experian DACH and the Experian Group internationally.

Qualifications:


  • You know the operational challenges in sales firsthand and have a proven track record of success in a sales management position.
  • You have already been able to demonstrate the ability to successfully close complex customers and deals (solution business).
  • You also have expertise in content as well as your own network in the banking and/or payment industry.
  • Your collaborative mindset in working with existing and acquiring new customers as well as with internal stakeholders is important to us.
  • You feel comfortable (contractually secure) in German and English in the business environment.
  • You have a willingness to travel of up to 40%.
