Job Summary:

We are looking for Animal Technician for our IS customer site located in Bonn.

ACTIVITIES:

Providing the animals with food and water; transferring the animals; mating mice; partially timed mating with control of the vaginal plug; handling bedding sentinels;

- checking for pregnancy of mice; litter assessment

Maintaining information about mice and guinea pigs in the IT system (Mausoleum) as well as on cage cards
Cleaning, disinfection and autoclaving of cages, feed, and drinking water
Cleaning and disinfection of SPF animal holding areas; filter change at climate stations

Job Qualifications:

German speaking
Aviability to start work in august
Full time job
Weekends required
Previous experience in the field
