With its leading delivery platform to ship parcels, Seven Senders makes international shipping a simple matter. Established in 2015, we have 300+ employees and delivered 100m+ parcels thus far.

Internally our team is called as Product Consulting and Support Team.

As a team of four, our mission is to act as a bridge between our internal teams to solve product-related incidents and guide our customers to have a better understanding of our products.

As a Working Student in our team, you will actively participate in technical incident management, troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation. You will be using Jira & Confluence, and Looker in day-to-day operations. In this role, we expect you to act proactive, solution-oriented, structured, result-driven, and resilient. You are also expected to work independently with mínimal supervision after completing the onboarding.

Also in communication with different stakeholders, showing a positive attitude, and explaining complex technical issues in a simple way would be highly important in this role.

The essence of your role:

Act as the first point of contact for our team members to resolve software and data migration incidents for our B2B clients and partners and deliver superior customer satisfaction
Analyse client and carrier data as well as their APIs
Work closely with internal operations, IT teams, and our external partners
Share customer feedback and suggest product improvements with our product team
Work 1520 hours/week

With these skills you complete our team:

Enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's degree ideally in the area of information technology/data science/business administration
Preferred experience with 1st/2nd level technical customer support or being
eager to work in this field
Experience in using Excel, SQL, and/or similar tools/languages for data management
Excellent analytical skills; affinity for data monitoring, data analysis, and data handling with high attention to detail
Fluent in English (C1) and ideally B2 level German language skills
