    We are now looking for an Area Marketing Director responsible for Central andSouthern Europe

    The Area Marketing Director is responsibleto lead the implementation of the new marketing strategy in the markets undertheir responsibility, in alignment with global strategy. You will be alsoresponsible for developing and orchestrating the execution of the annual marketingplans, with a direct impact on meeting the Area's commercial and revenue goals.

  • Contribute to the overallcommercial strategy, performance, and profitability of the Area
  • Responsible for the go-to-marketstrategy at Area level
  • System contribution
  • Support execution of hotel andbrand standards
  • Loyalty Management
  • Support new hotel openings
  • Support area leadership(ASVP/MDs) in owner relations
    • Responsibilities
  • Transfer the global marketingstrategy to a concrete Area marketing plan, in line with Area business needsand the overall CSO commercial plan
  • Lead and manage the area marketingand field activation teams within the region, and provide support, guidance andcoaching to the de-centralized marketing hotels
  • Drive RHG awareness through thecontent and content distribution strategy.
  • Coordinate the implementation andlocalization of global marketing campaigns, programs, promotions, tacticaloffers
  • Collaborate across marketingdisciplines to activate initiatives that boost direct system contribution forthe area
  • Responsible for developing andleading a strategic Partner Marketing approach for the markets withinresponsibility
  • Work closely with the Brand team toensure brands are properly represented in their Area & manage brandportfolio compliance
  • Work with Loyalty team to helpachieve enrolment targets within the area, and help drive the overall successof the Radisson Rewards through area marketing initiative
    • Competencies & skillsrequirements
  • Minimumeducation: National academic qualifications
  • Minimumexperience: 10+ years of experience in reputed marketingTravel/Leisure/Entertainment/Consumer companies/Upper mid scale companies
  • Languageskills: Very good command of written and spoken English
  • Provenexperience in strategic non-traditional marketing position with similar roles
  • Experiencein brand building and activation with limited budget and thought digitalchannels
  • Experiencein partnership and media promotion
  • Highexposure to technological environments where the e-commerce plays a vital rolein the strategy deployment
  • Solidexperience in management
  • Positiveenergy and capacity to motivate
  • Strongleadership, capacity to influence and manage stakeholders.
  • Strategicvision, capacity to anticipate trends.
  • Analyticalthinking and financial rigor.
  • Successdriven, high ambition.
  • Projectmanagement skills.
  • Transversalcollaboration with Sales, Revenue, Finance and operations.
  • Capacityto contribute to build the company strategy together with the ExecutiveCommittee team.
