About the role
You're responsible for our entire marketing portfolio, overseeing our CRM, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing and Digital Analytics teams and their marketing efforts
You develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy to support the further growth of the business in all our 7 active countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands, France), taking into consideration the varying stages of development in our markets
Your strategic approach is customercentric, with a keen awareness of the opportunities and challenges presented by our different customer segments. This includes the development of personalized retention methods for our more than 10 Mio. active customers, the attraction of the most valuable new customers, and the promotion of a compelling and appealing brand identity
You establish a datadriven & automated marketing structure and tech & tool stack to ensure maximum efficiency and scalability
You lead a diverse team, including both individual contributors and team leaders. Through servant leadership you inspire and empower your team to reach their full potential, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning
You manage and optimize significant marketing budgets, ensuring a solid return on investment and reporting on key performance indicators to our executive management
You establish strong relationships with our country & platform management, category & onsite merchandising, pricing, brand management and product development to leverage synergies, identify opportunities and maximize overall value for the entire organization

About you

Your expertise includes successfully implementing and scaling marketing activities across diverse regions, transitioning from conventional methods to a datadriven, automated set up
You have a broad marketing view, knowing about the different challenges and potentials for new customers, existing customers and brand marketing in an ecommerce environment
You are wellversed in the management of both leaders and teams within your domain, while still identifying with a handson mentality
You know how to manage a marketing budget as efficiently as possible
You have a data driven, analytical and innovative mindset, and are passionate about finding ways to improve and having a direct impact on the company's success
You thrive in ensuring a harmonious integration of strategic vision, execution, team leadership, and innovative process shaping
