We are hiring for one of Berlin's leading employers that are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to manage all payment-related legal matters for their entire group of companies.

Tasks

Advise on all regulatory and contractual issues related to payment services.
Working closely with the product team to implement payment solutions for their consumerfacing product.
Draft, structure, and negotiate payment contracts with payment service providers.
Steer legal/regulatory decisions and in setting the direction for payment methods.
Be the main point of contact with regulators, nationally and internationally.

Requirements:

4+ years of relevant experience from a reputable law firm or inhouse.
Cando attitude, we are looking for someone who is not afraid to get involved and take ownership of all types of legal matters (it could literally be anything).
Experience working in the consumer banking / payments / Fintech space.
