We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Director for our SEA Team, in part-time with a minimum of 24 hours per week, located in Hamburg, Essen, or Remote. Are you up for the challenge?

As a Director, you will lead your department and support your team. Your strategic and analytical skills make you a crucial sparring partner for management, with whom you maintain close collaboration.

What to expect:

• Independently advise both national and international clients in initial conceptualization and ongoing strategic support as a Director. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, prices, offers, and service level agreements with clients.
• Take disciplinary and professional responsibility for your team members and act as the primary contact point for department inquiries.
• Create pitch documents, participate in pitch presentations to expand the client base, and maintain it accordingly, including regular client meetings.
• Utilize your extensive industry network to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the entire SEA industry.
• Collaborate with the management and marketing team to develop strategies for expanding our client base.
• Analyze relevant SEA metrics and objectives, derive optimization measures, and be accountable for client budgets, marketing activities, and goals of your department.
• Act as a liaison with other internal departments and external service providers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential areas of growth.

What we expect from you:

• Successful completion of studies focusing on Marketing, Communication, or Media/Business Sciences. Alternatively, have a comparable education or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the SEA field with leadership experience and a strong network.
• Past participation in pitches, publication writing, and/or delivering presentations.
• Your high level of empathy helps foster team members and create a strong team dynamic.
• You possess excellent conceptual and analytical skills, an affinity for numbers, and have had budget responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills, a high level of proactivity, and initiative are among your personal strengths.
• Proficient in web analytics tools and relevant SEA tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, GMP, Searchmetrics, etc.), as well as reporting tools.
• German at native level and very good English skills complete your profile.
