Your role

Tracking and coordination of ongoing IT projects
Providing support for IT controlling of the project (budgeting, schedules, quality)
Ensuring transparency and completeness of information and documentation of IT projects
Supporting project managers during the execution of selected projects
Organizing regular meetings with project managers and following up on missing documentation
Preparing monthly reports
Maintaining project plans and decisionmaking purposes

About you

First experience with classical and agile IT projects
Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel
Strong communication and analytical skills
Structured way of working
Conflict management experience
Fluency in English and German (verbal and written)
