We are a lively and diverse team, founded by our CEO Julian Weselek in 2016, currently active in the DACH region and France.

Our ambition is to become the leading travel company for authentic, customized, multi-day trips while being mindful of our planet: we are the first travel company in the EU to set near-term carbon reduction targets approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi): this is an imperative step toward decarbonization.

We're a community of 9 designers, and will grow to 12 this year. Our department has 2 Visual Designers, 6 Product Designers, and a Head of Design. Our collective experience includes Graphic Design, Branding, Marketing, User Experience & Interface Design, Service Design, Industrial Design, and Architecture.

What is the role about?

You will support our Senior Visual Designer, and your primary stakeholder will be Marketing
In 2023, there is a big focus on developing our brand, which has been standing still for a bit

What will you need to be successful?

Knowledge of digital and print design
A practical mindset — we move _towards creativity with strategic intent_
A strong sense of community
Experience in a Marketing environment is a plus
Experience in an Agile environment is a plus
Being fluent in German is a plus
