The Service Engagement Director, Professional Services will be responsible for growing and executing the delivery of services; while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction for our top accounts in DACH.
This role is a results driven position; driving growth in a diverse Professional Services organization, accountable for Services Bookings, Services Gross Profit, and Customer Satisfaction.
You will support the account team with the Professional Service Offerings by structuring the Professional Service engagement, alignments with partners and direct customers, generating convincing Statement of Works (SOWs) and presenting the Service Engagement in direct contact with customers and partners.
You will work in a team of Project Delivery and Service Engagement Managers structuring and executing Professional Service engagements.We look for individuals who have a proven track record of overachieving and who likes to WIN

What do you need to have?
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Computer Science.
5+ years of hands-on Professional Services experience as Senior Consultant, Project Manager or Service Sales.
Contact Center experiences preferred.
Cloud deployments project experience strong preferred.
Follow standard Professional Services Operational process and guidelines.
Identify additional service opportunities resulting from engagement work.
Hands-on experience selling, delivering and supporting large projects and programs.
Ability to communicate directly to technical teams and commercial teams.
Excellent communication skills in German and English. (written & oral presentation)
Ability to travel as necessary to support business.
Travel 30% - 50% - Post COVID
Fluent German language
