We are looking for an enthusiastic
Customer Service Agent(m/w/d) French / English

SAXOPRINT is one of the leading online printing companies in Europe offering a wide range of classic print products and ad technology.

From our International Service Department located in Berlin, we look after our International customers in the U.K., France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and Switzerland.

We aim to deliver a great service and user experience to all our clients around Europe

We are currently seeking a
bilingual customer care agent with a
native level of French and English to complete our dedicated team in Berlin.

Speaking Dutch is a plus.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Personal assistance and consultation in a customeroriented manner in French and English
Documenting the communication on our CRM system

REQUIRED SKILLS

Fluent or native level of French and English, alternatively English and Dutch
Great communication and customer service skills
Experienced in a customer service role or related area
Being professional and a team player
EU national or a valid work permit

OUR OFFER

An exciting fulltime position (40hrs/week or 32hrs/week)
Working within a small and welcoming international team
Initial and ongoing training in a supportive team
An office based position in Berlin Mitte
50% Homeoffice (weekly rotation) possible after trial period and depending on performance
