What we expect from you:

Education:You have completed vocational training with further training as a Technician (M/F/d).
-
Experience and knowledge:Ideally, you have experience in technical support and with remote access tools (e.g. openVPN, remote desktop). You are enthusiastic about technical systems, measurement technology as well as IT. Good knowledge of hardware, electrical engineering, control engineering and mechatronics as well as experience in using service tools (e.g. Jira, Service Desk) are desirable. Interest or experience in business contexts is an advantage.

Personal strengths:You are communicative, customer-oriented and enjoy analyzing problems as well as looking for creative solutions. You are characterized by your structured way of working and a high degree of personal responsibility. Very good German and English skills round off your profile.

What you can expect:

Personal responsibility and freedom:You will process a wide range of service requests and complaints and coordinate the technical commissioning of our systems. In addition, you are responsible for monitoring the contractually guaranteed services as well as for the coordination of existing service contracts.

Your ideas are required:As a Technician (M/F/d), you will be responsible for the further development of process flows and process documentation in the area of support/service and support management and sales in establishing new services for our existing customers.
