    What to expect:

    • In your new role as the Head of Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for the entire Talent Acquisition Life Cycle, with a special focus on Hotel Operations.
    • You will lead, coach, and develop a team of experts in Talent Attraction, Talent Selection, and Recruiting.
    • You will define KPIs and reports, provide regular insights into the successes and challenges of our talent acquisition, and implement promising recruiting trends to continuously improve our strategy.
    • You will ensure quick and smooth filling of open positions in both our Support Center and Hotel Operations, always aiming for an outstanding candidate experience and satisfied hiring managers.
    • You will be instrumental in building and maintaining a strong and inspiring employer brand that stands out, supports our business strategy, and attracts top talent.
    • You will be responsible for budget planning, monitoring costs in the Talent Acquisition department, and advising on filling challenging positions as a central interface.

    Your qualifications:

    • Prior experience in a similar role in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting.
    • Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality.
    • Confident presence, excellent relationship and stakeholder management, and structured work style.
    • Strong analytical skills to define and interpret relevant reports and KPIs.
    • Enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment, embracing change, and open to digital transformations.
    • Fluent in German and English, with a passion for cross-cultural collaboration.
