As a
Senior People Operations
Specialist, you will be part of our People EMEA team and work very closely with our People Business Partners, Talent Attraction team as well as Payroll Specialists.
In this role, you will be a key user of our HRIS system (Workday) and ensure the integrity of data by accurately entering, maintaining, processing all employee related and organizational information.
You will strive to continuously improve processes, procedures while leveraging our tools and systems for further automatization and user experience.
With your experience and generalist back-ground, you will serve as an advisor for our teams on various employee and organizational inquiries, and sensitive matters.

Senior People Operations Specialist
(f/m/d)**Connected remote and based in Paris, London, or Amsterdam.
What is waiting for you?
- Managing all operational processes along the employee life cycle including own entities in Europe as well as employer of record (EOR) partner
- Coordinating visa processes, international mobility, relocations and regional Comp & Ben activities
- Delivering employment contracts, amendments, and legal documents ensuring compliance with local legal requirements
- Taking ownership for our HRIS and maintaining employee file, data and organization uptodate to ensure accurate and intime data for our Payroll team to process
- Owning process improvement projects, driving documentation and stakeholder enablement
- Close collaboration with and coordination of processes between global People & Enablement, Payroll, Office Management, IT, Finance, Legal as well as external partners
- Handling and resolving incoming tickets or inquiries from internal customers
What are we looking for?
- 5+ professional experience in an operational HR role, personnel processing and payroll preparation
- Sound knowledge of labour law in at least one of our operating countries in EMEA (UK, France, Netherlands, Slovenia, Germany)
- Experienced in providing empathetic customer service to internal customer concerns
- Ability to handle many topics at once, work independently, handle priority changes, organized, and works in a structured manner
- Efficiently drive projects and take ownership while keeping the daily operation uptodate
- Excellent knowledge of English language as well as one additional EMEA language (French, Dutch, German)
- Experience with HRIS knowledge of Workday is an advantage but not essential
