Primary Responsibilities

  • Accurate quality conscious working method
  • Assembly and packaging of small medical parts under cleanroom conditions
  • Provision and handling of materials
  • Independent operation of technical systems, production equipment, assembly tools and testing technology
  • Assembly of prototypes and pilot series for new startups
  • Testing of components and execution of simple functional tests
Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies

  • Completed vocational training or comparable work experience
  • High dexterity, first experience in assembly or production, knowledge in visual and quality control
  • Quality conscious, trustworthy and reliable
  • Team player
  • Structured and systematic way of working
Travel Requirements

  • The willingness to travel to all Novanta locations and business contacts of Novanta
Physical Requirements

  • The activity is performed in the clean room.
  • It is a standing activity in 3shift operation.
