Responsibilities:


  • Carrying out monthly payroll accounting including all preparatory and followup work within a defined group of employees
  • Support and advice for a defined group of employees on all payrollrelated, social security and payroll tax issues as well as other personnelrelated topics
  • Master data maintenance and statistical evaluations
  • Administration of time management in ATOSS
  • Other administrative tasks, such as issuing certificates, maintaining personnel files, correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities, etc.

Qualifications:


  • Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a human resources specialist, payroll accountant or comparable qualifications
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, experience in the use of P&I Loga or ATOSS is a plus
  • Sound specialist knowledge of german payroll tax, german social security and german employment law
  • Professional appearance, high communication and team skills
- "Hands-on" mentality, proactive, independent and reliable way of working as well as strong service mentality

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Good German languages skills as well as solid knowledge of English
