We are creating a dedicated divisional business unit for digital business models and services, ensuring overarching steering and enhanced effectiveness: Digital Solutions Non-Life (DAA2).

Initially, the new unit comprises Global Consulting, Risk Management Partners, Realytix, IMPROVEX and MR Service GmbH. Further solutions may be integrated in the course of the coming year.

Our main goal is to enrich Munich Re's value proposition to increase the profitability of existing reinsurance business and to generate new reinsurance business and fees.


To complement our team, we are looking for a Technician to actively support managers and deal teams in planning, organizing and executing our projects, marketing and operations.

Your job

  • Support our leadership team, i.e. in the implementation and operationalization of the DAA2 divisional strategy and services roadmap
  • Plan and coordinate appointments and travel, correspondence and communication, manage documents and information, book and account for business trips
  • Support projects (e.g. organisation, coordination, research, documentation)
  • Support for our portfolio management, e.g. recording of opportunities, data maintenance, quality assurance, monitoring and controlling
  • Manage and monitor fee collection, manage legal agreement with clients, administer billing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and organise team events, meetings, conferences, and client visits. Support internal and external marketing and communication
  • Internal HR administration and support recruitment processes, support on
- and offboarding of internal and external staff

  • Ensure all necessary infrastructure and administration for smooth operations, i.e. governance, services, technology, training, etc.
  • Collaborate with other team assistants globally (incl. mutual substitution)

Your profile

  • Strong service orientation with a confident and courteous manner
  • Experience in assistance and/or project management with international teams
  • Enjoy working with various business units and work with various interfaces
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook and Word) and communication tools (Teams etc.)
  • Relish and curiosity for new ideas, technology and approaches and how these can be harnessed for social change, even if no specific background in this
  • Analytical skills, combined with precise working methods and an eye for details
  • Organizational talent and selfstarter, independent and careful way of working
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
