We're looking for a Head of Product with an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset.

In this role, you'll:

Establish and maintain a product vision and its communication to teams and stakeholders inside and outside the company
Provide strategic guidance and comprehensive prioritisation via product roadmap
Accelerate the improvements in software products and overall automation incl. analysing existing business processes and their target setup
Discuss new development projects with business units and Tech particularly regarding their (end customer) desirability and economic validity of software development
Use suitable quantitative and qualitative research formats to analyse and validate customer needs and desires
Plan the team structure and resource allocation
Be responsible for a team of product managers with different seniority levels and their systematic personal development

Your Profile

Several years of experience in product management
2+ years of experience with disciplinary leadership of product teams
Profound knowledge in agile software development and product ownership for specific teams ranging from backlog preparation, conceptualization and specification, estimation and planning to support of the implementation phase, validation of acceptance criteria and, ultimately, impact measurement via relevant KPIs
Analytical mindset and datadriven project approach

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio companies. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
