We at Complori have developed a hybrid learning platform to teach kids skills like coding, critical thinking, collaboration and technology literacy.


Backed by leading European VCs Speedinvest, Educapital and Sparkmind, we are looking for a
Head of Product to lead our product initiatives to the next level and make Complori the global name for kids digital upskilling.

Your mission at Complori:

Our Product team is responsible for creating great product experiences (kids and parents). To do that, we need to combine an exciting curriculum, taught by inspiring coaches, with effortless tech processes.

As Head of Product your responsibilities will include:
- **Product Strategy**: Develop and execute a product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and vision and set ambitious but achievable OKRs with the product team

Product Launches:

Lead the end-to-end product launch process, from ideation to execution, ensuring successful go-to-market strategies

Analytics and Reporting:

Through analysis, you ensure the success of your implemented measures and develop KPIs and structures for documenting and achieving these goals

Team Management:

Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and capabilities

Project Management:


You take charge of steering and overseeing larger, complex projects, while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering, to align product development with business objectives.


We are a perfect fit if

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in product or tech
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
  • Passion for education and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the EdTech space
  • Customercentric approach with a focus on understanding user needs and delivering products that exceed customer expectations
  • You have a track record of successfully scaling, building and guiding teams to achieve their goals
  • You have an eye for detail and hold yourself to very high standards in your work
  • You demonstrate a high level of responsibility, customer serviceoriented thinking and action, as well as a project and teamoriented approach
