We are looking for our future
talented hands-on Web Integrator who will have fun contributing to create amazing user experiences for our
Innovation SaaS solutions

Your next adventure awaits here

Together with our product team you will bring our new product features to life as well as style our software to match the CI of our clients like NASA, Siemens or Allianz. You will work closely with our Fullstack Developers and our Product Managers.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Conceptualizing creative ideas
Creating layouts and transfering the mockups
Testing and improving the design of our solutions
Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure

_ The product_

We develop and license software for innovation management. With our software, we enable companies and their innovation departments to involve employees (innosabi idea), customers (innosabi community) and external experts (innosabi partner) in their innovation processes. This allows to specifically address a large amount of people in a short period of time._
We already have a very comprehensive standard product, where the corporate identity can be adapted to the customer. Our customers can use just one feature or the entire range of features and thus synergies._

The perfect match
-
Minimum one year experience working as a Web Designer, or in a similar position such as Product Management or Web Development

Proficiency in frontend development web programming languages such as
HTML and SCSS, optionally Angular or React
Proficiency in graphic design software (ideally with Figma)
Excellent English oral and written communication
Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
Excellent knowledge of usercentered design principles
Creative and open to new ideas
Uptodate with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
