Santander Consumer Global Services is looking for an IT&OPS Compliance Senior for our offices in Madrid.

Santander Consumer Finance Global Services provides technology and process services and solutions to the consumer finance business of the Santander Group (Santander Consumer Finance), covering end-to-end technology, from architecture design, infrastructure management, development and integration of proprietary and third-party applications, technology maintenance and support, and project management.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR JOB
As an IT&OPS Compliance Senior, you will be able to help us in different areas.
- Ensure that internal corporate regulations regarding technology are properly implemented in the SCF Group, ensuring their adequate implementation in the units that make it up.
- Be familiar with applicable European regulations in the field of technology to proactively direct actions towards our units that allow for better alignment with future requirements (e.g. DORA).
- Monitor incidents/recommendations issued to SCF units from audits, both internal and external, as well as from regulators, providing support for their resolution and escalating potential compliance risks.
- Coordinate and prepare the response from HQ to IT requirements from corporate defense lines (Risk, Compliance, Audit) as well as from third parties, such as the JST (SREP, OSI). Additionally, provide the necessary support to our countries when their local regulators conduct IT inspections (F
