Omni Sales Team is a unit within our Regions, with full Omni customer experience ownership - on both a regional and country sales market level.
This unit will set and drive an omni commercial and customer plan based on an insight driven approach to grow and engage the customer base.
Additionally, the Omni Sales Team will manage omni regional assortment and stock strategy according to customer demand.Job Description:
As a
Regional Change Communication Specialist you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by ensuring high quality PR & Communications activities for the full Region CEU.
Your main responsibilities are:
- communicating H&M messages in a trustworthy way, both externally and internally, together with HO and the Regional Communications Team
- responsible for setting up a regional change communication strategy as well as being responsible for appointed change communication projects
- creating and distributing relevant content and coherent key messages in close collaboration with Regional Internal Comms colleague
- responsible for proactive Media Relations strategies/tactics on Change Topics in close exchange with Corporate Comms colleague to support regional objectives
- follow up and report on KPIs and objectives connected to project responsibility, showing the connection to added customer value and the business when possible
- working in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Communities of Expertise

EDUCATION
- Experience in the field of public relations and corporate communications
- Ideally, a degree that matches the job, such as media communication or journalism
SKILLS
- Meriting with competence within digital/tech
- You have a strategic mindset and strong planning and prioritizing skills
- You are an excellent relationship builder
- Working transparent and thinking 360°wise
- Fluency in written and spoken English
