WHAT YOU'LL DO:


As a member of our Reception Team, you'll work at the communication interface for our international clients and guests as well as for our consultants and internal service departments.

Around 70% of your core tasks will entail welcoming and supporting our clients and guests at BCG's Frankfurt office. You'll coordinate our visitors using various tools (visitor management/access control and ticketing system and desk booking tool). You'll answer the phone and questions eloquently. You'll also sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries and organize and commission courier and taxi services.

In addition, you will be responsible for conference room management, which includes coordinating conference room occupancy (eleven rooms), including organizing catering and technical equipment as well as administering and coordinating our 30 team rooms.

Finally, you'll support in organizing and carrying out events for up to 80 people and handling any special tasks that may arise.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):


  • You have already gained experience with business administration tasks.
  • You have successfully completed vocational training, preferably in the commercial sector, in the hotel industry, or in the customer service or front desk area.
  • You have a very good knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel).
  • You are fluent in German and English (verbal and written).
