What you'll do
***:

  • Globally responsible for Cyber Security as a key member of the Information Security organization
  • Provide security guidance to IT and business on how to adhere to security regulations and information security risk management, including projects, processes and technology
  • Recommend security controls, identify solutions that support Knauf's objectives and provide specialist advice and approaches across teams and various stakeholders.
  • Strengthen Knauf's cyber security by fostering a security culture and advising business and IT on how to secure Knauf and enable business requirements and goals.
  • Provide advice on securityrelated technologies and assess the risk associated with proposed changes, while inspiring and influencing others to execute security principles

Who you are
***:

  • A degree in computer science, information security or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT or information security, with at least 2 years in an advisory role
  • Extensive knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27k, NIST CSF, CIS, BSI 100/200x, TOGAF, SABSA, OSA), IT technologies, or IT security best practices
  • Experience with certifications (e.g., CISSP, ISSAP, CRTSA, CNDA, GDSA, CSSA) is preferred
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to maintain a positive working relationship and clearly articulate complex topics
  • Fluent in English, with German language skills a plus
