Your tasks

Delivering World Class, Luxury Customer Service to Aeyde clients
Taking ownership of each customer journey, resolving cases through accurate, appropriate and personalized solutions that enhance brand loyalty
Using your empathy and intuition to anticipate and understand customers' needs, persevering to resolve service or product related issues with specialist, after-sales knowledge
Streamlining and optimizing customer service & operations processes for D2C / Ecommerce
Providing in-depth customer service reporting from Gorgias
Providing information with regards to products and services and other related inquiries
Helping the supply chain management team to support them in their day-to-day and be flexible on taking on new challenges


Profile:

1+ years experience in an equivalent role in the area of Customer Service for Luxury fashion brands
Excellent communication skills in German and English (both verbal and written)
Excellent organization and project management skills
You have good conflict resolution skills and are able to exceed customer expectations
Exceptional telephone manner and a good listener
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Flexible and hands-on mentality, ability to multitask
Start-up mindset with a can-do attitude
