Responsibilities:

Monitor and identify performance issues across infrastructure components.
Utilize standard protocols and best practices to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
Configure system components to optimize performance and ensure reliability.
Conduct regular backup operations to safeguard data integrity.
Collaborate with project teams to support the implementation of established projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience in infrastructure administration and systems/network/communications support.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of process flow and knowledge of platforms.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in handling administration, migrations, updates, and security tasks related to systems, networking, communications, or security.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of focus on customer service.
