The European CX Lead Nilemdo/Nustendi is responsible for the bempedoic acid strategy and its implementation throughout the product lifecycle, drives the competitive product profile, identifies and focuses on the key leverage points to reflect the needs of the markets and builds long term brand value through working in partnership with the key European and Local cross-functional teams.

To this end, the European CX Lead Nilemdo/Nustendi is responsible for the product Strategic Frame building and implementation and ensures excellent customer experience by driving the modular content implementation and the agile way of working.


Key responsibilities:


  • Leads the Nilemdo/Nustendi CX team
  • Ensure commercial launch readiness and successful launch execution and monitoring for all European markets by driving an efficient crossfunctional support of affiliates with accountability
  • Leads the LCM of Nilemdo/Nustendi
  • Drives the development and execution of Nilemdo&Nustendi strategy by ensuring an integrated approach of Customer Experience, considering end to end journey
  • Delivers clear crossfunctionally aligned guidance to deliver the brand single minded proposition at European and Local level
  • Ensure commercial launch readiness and successful launch execution for all European affiliates by driving an efficient crossfunctional support of affiliates with accountability
  • Assesses European brand strategy vs customer needs together and drives evolution of messaging, in light of the CLEAR Outcomes data and feedback from Affiliates
  • Ensures Best Practice & Learning sharing
  • Owns accountability for investment budget and forecast

Personal skills and professional experience:


  • MBA/ marketing degree
  • Up to 11 years experience
  • Successful track record in Marketing
  • Commercial experience, ideally in healthcare (and/or consumer goods)
  • Handson proactive approach and accountability
  • Good communication and strong social skills
  • Experience to work in and lead crossfunctional and crosscultural teams
  • Ability to work in English fluent written and spoken, additional language is a plus
