    YOUR ROLE

    • Active involvement in executing the communication strategy
    • Leading independent projects and collaborating with other departments and agencies
    • Conducting strategic market analysis, including color trends, and managing standard reports - social media
    • Identifying and assessing market prospects
    • Supporting social media channel operations - strategy, market research, agency coordination, content
    • Becoming an integral part of a dynamic and global team

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Student who has completed initial business-related semesters successfully
    • Practical and global exposure, e.g., through internships and studying abroad, is advantageous
    • Proficiency in English required, German and other languages are a plus
    • Sound comprehension of digital performance metrics is beneficial
    • Passion for digital trends, particularly in social media and the beauty industry
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational aptitude
    • Self-driven and creative team player with a high level of autonomy and a receptive personality
    • Availability preferred as of June 2024 for a 6-month period

    We provide an appealing monthly salary of € gross. The exact amount of remuneration depends on the desired duration, internship type (voluntary or compulsory), and educational qualifications.
