Your responsibilities

  • You develop solutions in a very dynamic environment between different cultures and mindsets in the context of a Joint Venture
- you implement detailed processes for tracking of Aftersales market launch activities in alignment with Counterparts in smart EU and Mercedes-Benz AG.

  • You will bring Aftersales market launch into a success story, coordinate and facilitate workshops to enable teams to contribute to the overall Aftersales project
  • You ensure agile methodologies as well as roles and responsibilities are well implemented throughout the project and market launch
  • You support the organisation in always putting the endtoend customer experience and client's interests first
  • You consolidate target milestones from business perspective across different Aftersales clusters.
  • You manage short and longterm goals throughout project and market launch
  • You assure transparency over the whole project and be able to give management status overviews always
  • You plan and facilitate meeting structures to coordinate different stakeholders

What you bring along

  • You have a bachelor's degree or above in business (informatics), engineering or a comparable degree
  • You are experienced with agile methodologies
You have strong skills in product or project management

  • You have an understanding for Aftersales business and organization
  • You have basic automotive knowhow, preferably with electric vehicles
  • You have advanced MS-Office skills (e.g., Excel, Project), collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira)
  • You demonstrate the ability to work on multitasks independently
  • You understand new proposals/issues/risks quickly and support wise decisions
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • You have excellent analytical, organizational, and numeric skills with a resultsoriented personality
  • You are fluent in English, any other European language is a plus as well as (professional or intercultural) experiences with Asia (e.g. China)
