To accomplish this, we are redefining how software is developed within the automotive field as part of an international Mercedes-Benz software development network.

As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, we develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS).

In addition, we are responsible for the Mercedes me companion app, we provide seamless & connected mobility experiences and we contribute to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) platform development.

With offices in Berlin and Sofia, we are aiming to bring new generation of innovative infotainment systems across the globe.

**Your Mission

Your main responsibilities are : define structures in managing sensitive HR Data, create data deletion concepts, and support and prepare for internal and external audit requests
You will be required to support HR Legal colleagues by structuring, organizing and creating human resources policies and procedures as well as developing concept for data deletion actions
You will regularly examine the existing policies and company intern guidelines
You will work closely with internal and external legal partners and collaborate on the solutions for legal challenges
You will be a trusted partner to works council
Your knowledge in tax, social security, and compensation and benefits laws will be required

Qualifikationen:

**Your Profile

**Education: - Bachelor's degree in Law or Human Resources or equivalent experience in HR.

**Experience: - Minimum 4 years' of HR experience a mid-sized and fast growing organization.

Solid understanding of human resources policies and practices
Experience in handling and managing sensitive HR data, Data deletion concepts and ability in supporting internal as well as external Audits
Demonstrated ability to interpret and review significant number of guidelines, policies and collaboration with works council
Know-How in compensation and benefits, tax and social security laws
Ability to research, understand and communicate complex labor laws

**Personal skills: - Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.

Strong team player with the ability to serve as a business partner and provide both operational and strategic people and organization focused solutions.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Great attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines in a fastpaced environment

**Language skills: - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German required.
